Harbourline  ·  Twenty-four storeys  ·  Completion 2028

A quiet monument to living well.

112 residences in travertine, oak and bronze. Each floor turns one and a half degrees from the one below, so every home meets the sun at its own hour.

01 — The Vision

The architect's vision

“We wanted a building that says very little, very well. Stone at the base, light at the top, and a slow turn in between — so the tower is never quite the same from one hour to the next.”

Ilse Marrow Founding Partner, Marrow Okafor Architects

The Monolith rises from a travertine plinth on the last undeveloped corner of Harbourline’s waterfront. Its twenty-four floor plates are identical in area but never in position: each is rotated and cantilevered a few hundred millimetres off the last, giving every residence a corner of sky and a terrace no neighbour overlooks.

02 — The Tower

Set floor by floor. Lit hour by hour.

  1. i.

    Foundation at first light

A 16-metre travertine plinth anchors the tower to the quay, its lobby glazed on all four sides.

  2. ii.

    Twenty-four plates, one turn

Each post-tensioned slab rotates 1.5° on its core. No two floors share a view; none overshadow a terrace.

  3. iii.

    Bronze against the sun

Deep vertical fins shade the west face at golden hour, so the light inside stays warm, never harsh.

  4. iv.

    After dark, a lantern

Low-iron triple glazing turns the tower into a quiet lantern above the harbour — one window at a time.

03 — Residences

Three ways to live above the harbour.

Every plan wraps a central stone core, leaving the perimeter free for glass. Kitchens by Valcucine, Gaggenau appliances, and oak floors laid in 240 mm planks throughout.
